SENATE BILL NO. 3 "An Act authorizing an Alaska regional                                                                        
development organization to use the Alaska Commercial Fisheries                                                                 
Entry Commission as an informational resource" was read the second                                                              
time.                                                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
Senator Olson moved and asked unanimous consent to change his                                                                   
recommendation from "no recommendation" to "do pass" on the                                                                     
Community and Regional Affairs Committee report (page 175).                                                                     
Without objection, Senator Olson's recommendation was changed.                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
Senator Hoffman, Acting Majority Leader, moved and asked                                                                        
unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to                                                            
third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so
